I’m a 30-year-old father of one from Cardiff and currently living and working in Bristol.     I have had an interest in the stock markets since 2009 when I was looking for ways to make additional money off the little money I had. This was so that I could afford a comfortable living standard for my now 7 year old daughter who was due to be born in April 2009. I had to act fast! After working part-time alongside my full time telesales role to supplement our household income as Lily’s mother was on maternity leave, I knew there had to have been an easier way to earn more money.

In my very little spare time I had I was winding down, spending a lot of it either on the internet or playing on the Xbox, being extremely unproductive. Somehow I came across the stock market which I’d always presumed was for rich, slick, live young  and die quick, city boys. Associated with cocaine, hookers and Ferrari addictions living in Manhattan, London & Tokyo. Unbeknownst to me at the time, the market was for everybody. I could open an account free of charge and buy shares in any company, anywhere in the world.

I can’t remember quite how it happened but I managed to stumble across an American pharmaceutical company Nasdaq:CTIC who were developing the drug Pixantrone for people with multiply relapsed or refractory aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma back in January 2009 and saw the share price increase 2,212.5% within 4 months! I’d never seen anything like it. Sadly, I didn’t make that much as I’d bought in around 12 cents per share and sold out in tranches up to around $1 per share, but it seemed to good to be true.If I’d held on to my shares, the next few months would have been a different story. However..

I WAS HOOKED

I was researching companies, in and out of companies quicker than you can say SELL, SELL SELL, but I always seemed to sell out too early.. I’ve missed 6,000% gains TWICE which would have been life changing.. So I wanted to make this blog and let you into my previous experiences and my future goals.

It is very possible to be making profits that the most cautious savers would never see in their life with returns off money stuck sitting in bank accounts,particularly with low interest rates.

I started to venture into different companies, different industries on different markets. Unfortunately I can’t show you my entire history, as my trading data on the platform I use only goes back as far as January 2013. My turnover over in 354 trades is £128,086.80  – As you can see, I’m not a very “big” time investor as I only invest what I can afford to lose. However, I do feel I’ve found a very, very special opportunity and company which will return a lot more than £128k in profit for me. Enter the CTAG (check blog post!!)

I Bought more CloudTag last week. I have now bought at 10 different entry points.

Over the years I have witnessed a lot of shenanigans that take place daily on the casino floor of the AIM.(Alternative Investment Market) a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange, allowing smaller companies to float shares with a more flexible regulatory system than is applicable to the main market. 

It is a very greedy place with a lot of shady practices and I would only ever advise you to risk what you can afford to lose.

As you can see my latest investment has been in CLOUDTAG INC which I’m very excited about and the is the reason I’ve decided to put this blog together, to share the information I’ve come across so far.
